MIRRAT Acquisition Announcement – May 1, 2025

Dear Customers,
You may be already aware that earlier today, AAT has completed the acquisition of
Melbourne International RoRo & Automotive Terminal (MIRRAT) from Wallenius
Wilhelmsen, taking control on the 1st of May 2025.

This is an exciting development for our business and, as a leading provider of automotive
logistics services, we believe that MIRRAT is a natural fit for AAT.

I want to assure you that our focus will be to work with the MIRRAT team to ensure the same
high level of service continues for MIRRAT’s valued customers and combine the best of both
businesses to improve our services going forward. Your local contacts at MIRRAT will not
change and for the most part, it will be business as usual. However, Jed Smith will be
staying with Wallenius Wilhelmsen going forward but will remain in place over the next few
months to assist with the transition.

In the coming months, we will transition MIRRAT’s systems to AAT’s, matching the operating
systems in place at our RoRo terminals in Brisbane and Port Kembla. We will be in contact
with you as these changes are rolled out to ensure minimal disruption to your business, so
stay tuned.

As you may be aware, MIRRAT operates on a similar basis to AAT’s other terminals, under
an undertaking pursuant to section 87B of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

Following approval from the ACCC, AAT is operating under a new undertaking, setting out a
more contemporary framework for AAT and MIRRAT going forward. A copy of the new
Undertaking is available on our website.

I take this opportunity to thank the industry for supporting our acquisition, particularly those
that gave us letters of support, it was very much appreciated. It took a lot longer than
anticipated but we got there!

Further information about transitional arrangements will be provided in due course. However,
if you have any questions or concerns regarding today’s announcements, please do not
hesitate to get in contact with me.

Kind regards,

Antony Perkins
Managing Director
